MISSION STATEMENT
Revive Recovery is a Minnesota-based Recovery Community Organization (RCO) grounded in the belief that every person deserves the opportunity to heal, grow, and contribute meaningfully to their community. Our mission is to empower individuals and families affected by substance use disorders and incarceration through peer-led recovery support, housing and employment navigation, and community advocacy.
Founded by people in long-term recovery, Revive was built on lived experience with the barriers that justice-involved individuals face upon reentry—stigma, homelessness, unemployment, and limited access to culturally responsive support. Guided by a vision of equity and second chances, we walk alongside people in recovery during the vulnerable transition from incarceration to community life.
Though a newer organization, our leadership team brings decades of experience in peer support, reentry navigation, workforce development, harm reduction, and community collaboration. Revive is actively pursuing RCO certification in Minnesota and operates on the core principles of peer leadership, equity, and recovery for all.
